{"id":38148,"date":"2018-09-10T22:14:46","date_gmt":"2018-09-10T22:14:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/kizito-mihigo-withdraws-appeal\/"},"modified":"2018-09-12T18:34:16","modified_gmt":"2018-09-12T18:34:16","slug":"kizito-mihigo-withdraws-appeal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/kizito-mihigo-withdraws-appeal\/","title":{"rendered":"Kizito Mihigo withdraws appeal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the hearing on Monday, the judges\u2019 jury announced the appeal case was withdrawn pursuant to the defendants\u2019 request dated  August 26, without clarifying on the request letter\u2019s content.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants didn\u2019t explain anything about their request either.<br \/>\nKizito was arrested in April 2014 with three accomplices.
