Northern Province and City of Kigali are respectively represented by four and two legislators. <\/p>\n<p>NEC President Prof. Kalisa Mbanda announced Wednesday evening the preliminary results per each province and Kigali as follows:<\/p>\n<p>{{Southern Province<br \/>\n}}<\/p>\n<p>A 31,259 member voting council elected six legislators out of 62 candidates. Voter turnout stood at 87%. Winners are<\/p>\n<p>1. Nyirarukundo Ignacienne 78.4%<br \/>\n2. Uwanyirigira Gloriose 74.8%<br \/>\n3. Ahishakiye Mediatrice 69.5%<br \/>\n4. Uwera Kayumba Marie 69.3%<br \/>\n5. Uwamariya Veneranda 67.6<br \/>\n6. Uwumuremyi Marie Claire 66.8 %<\/p>\n<p>{{Western rovince<br \/>\n}}<\/p>\n<p>Voters turnout was 99.8% of 31,538 voters.  They elected the following six out of 39 candidates:<\/p>\n<p>1. Nyirabazayire Angelique 95.5<br \/>\n2. Ayinkamiye Speciose 94.6%<br \/>\n3. Muzana Alice 94.9%<br \/>\n4. Mukabikino Jeanne Henriette 93.6%<br \/>\n5. BAkundufite Justine 92.3%<br \/>\n6. Uwambaje Aim\u00e9e Sandrine 93.1%<\/p>\n<p>{{Eastern Province<br \/>\n}}<\/p>\n<p>Voters list had 33,059 people but 99.8% elected the following six out of 39 candidates:<br \/>\n1. Nyiragwaneza Athanasie 81.6 %<br \/>\n2. Mukarugwiza Annonciata 72.8%<br \/>\n3. Rubagumya Furaha Emma 71.3%<br \/>\n4. Uwineza B\u00e9line 70.6%<br \/>\n5. Mukamana Alphonsine 67.9%<br \/>\n6. Uwamahoro Berthilide 67.4%<\/p>\n<p>{{Northern Province<br \/>\n}}<\/p>\n<p>With 24,194 voters, turnout was at 95.9%. The following four were elected out of 23:<\/p>\n<p>1. Murekatete Marie Therese 95.9%<br \/>\n2. Uwingabiye Solange 94.5%<br \/>\n3. Nirere Marie Therese 92.1%<br \/>\n4. Basigayabo Marceline 89.4%<\/p>\n<p>{{City of Kigali<br \/>\n}}<\/p>\n<p>Voting council of 9,658 elected two legislators out of 16 candidates:<\/p>\n<p>1. Ndangiza Madina 87.2%<br \/>\n2.
