{"id":37992,"date":"2018-08-11T18:59:56","date_gmt":"2018-08-11T18:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/rdf-officer-kills-one-injures-two\/"},"modified":"2018-08-11T18:58:41","modified_gmt":"2018-08-11T18:58:41","slug":"rdf-officer-kills-one-injures-two","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/rdf-officer-kills-one-injures-two\/","title":{"rendered":"RDF officer kills one, injures two"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The incident took place yesterday around 9:00pm in Rurembo Village, Byahi Cell, Rubavu Sector of Rubavu District. <\/p>\n<p>According to witnesses, the incident was started by misunderstanding between people who were in a local beer pub and the soldier.<\/p>\n<p>Following quarrels, Ngendahimana who was clad in casual, went in the barracks and returned with a gun that he used in shooting at people in the pub.  <\/p>\n<p>The deceased has been identified as Jean Marie Vianney Benimana while wounded are Vincent Hakizimana and Theoneste Nzabahimana.<\/p>\n<p>In a meeting with locals on Saturday morning, the 301 brigade commandant in Nyabihu and Rubavu Districts, Col.
