Furthermore, he added that each corporate client is bestowed with an account relationship manager who follows up and advise when in need. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll account relationship managers are experts in their own given field; they know what the corporate clients need and how to advise them on a certain financial problem. Our customer-centric approach recognizes that a one size fits all model may not auger well for all clients. Therefore, our solutions are not only designed with the customer in mind \u2013 customers are part of the solution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the new products, the bank offers \u2018Prestige Banking\u2019, a one stop outlet where you get access to all bank services and interact with any person that you may need for more information and clarifications. This allows customers to perform operations without queuing and waiting a long time. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur clients who subscribed to &#8216;Prestige Banking&#8217; will have access to all services. They will be able to perform operations without queuing and waiting a long time, they will be prioritized.\u201d Rwamugire said<\/p>\n<p>As a perk, Prestige Customers will also be invited to select one of many refreshments during their visit.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate clients that are not registered in this outlet can still use Cogebanque\u2019s e-banking options like Internet banking so to pay salaries and taxes from the comfort of their offices.<\/p>\n<p>In a world where it is common to sell goods on credit instead of cash, and where liquidity can be quite a challenge for a company especially if suppliers have to be paid at the time of delivery, Cogebanque outdid itself, offering to finance up to 70% of the invoice amount (Working Capital Financing).<\/p>\n<p>Another of Cogebanque&#8217;s wide berth of products is the Contract Financing Facility, where companies that have won a contract and need to finance upfront costs before they can invoice, can again receive financing of up to 70% of the contract amount.<\/p>\n<p>Cogebanque is licensed and regulated by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). It was incorporated in 1999, marking the start of an impressive growth that led to 23 branches opened across the country.
