Mugambage was responding to remarks in a lengthy interview which the Congolese Leader held with Ugandan Broadcast media claiming Rwanda was a \u2018bad boy\u2019 in the region.<\/p>\n
The Rwandan envoy told Uganda\u2019s Monitor newspaper, \u201cas a member of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), the DR Congo \u201cknows that ICGLR member-countries are looking for a solution to the conflict.\u201d <\/p>\n
