{"id":37760,"date":"2018-06-25T11:02:01","date_gmt":"2018-06-25T11:02:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/remains-of-over-3500-genocide-victims-given\/"},"modified":"2018-06-25T11:01:49","modified_gmt":"2018-06-25T11:01:49","slug":"remains-of-over-3500-genocide-victims-given","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/remains-of-over-3500-genocide-victims-given\/","title":{"rendered":"Remains of over 3500 genocide victims given decent burial in Rusizi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The event took place Saturday at the ceremony to commemorate the victims of 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rusizi. <\/p>\n<p>Survivor, Vestine Utamuriza said that the remains of their families had been poorly buried as the rains and floods have been damaging them.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cWe are pleased to see the remains of our beloved fallen families rested in safe place.
