The Police spokesperson for the Eastern Province, Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Theobald Kanamugire said that the duo was taken into custody on Saturday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Sacco branch manager, on the other hand, couldn\u2019t account for a total of Rwf51, 133, 160 of the members\u2019 money,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Rwanda Investigation Bureaus\u2019 findings will inform us if there are other people involved so that they are also arrested to face justice,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
