According to the head of MONUSCO, Roger Meece, this was a breakthrough in the fight against insecurity in North Kivu.<\/p>\n
According to the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the UN in the DRC, Roger Meece, the majority of these weapons were recovered from veterans Rwandan FDLR.<\/p>\n
