{"id":37191,"date":"2018-03-27T10:25:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-27T10:25:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/rwandair-flies-nigerian-skies\/"},"modified":"2018-03-29T17:22:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-29T17:22:33","slug":"rwandair-flies-nigerian-skies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/rwandair-flies-nigerian-skies\/","title":{"rendered":"RwandAir flies Nigerian skies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The fifth freedom flight was signed on Monday in Kigali between the State Minister in charge of Transport in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye and Nigeria\u2019s State Minister for Aviation, Sen. Hadi Abubakar Sirika.<\/p>\n<p>Uwihanganye said that the agreement has budding impacts to both countries.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cThe agreement allows us to operate to all Nigeria\u2019s airports and carry passengers from there to any other airport in African countries,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will also facilitate both countries\u2019 private sectors collaborate and do business together,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n<p>Nigeria\u2019s Abubakar Sirika emphasized that the agreement is in line with easing integration through the Single African Air Transport Market as part of the Africa\u2019s 2063 Agenda.<\/p>\n<p>He said that both countries will benefit from the agreement both in cultural industries and business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTransportation, especially air transport will become easy and enhanced; it will connect people, culture and the market. Signing such agreement will allow Rwandans interconnect with Nigerians and do business together,\u201d he explained.  <\/p>\n<p>RwandAir Chief Executive Officer, Col. Chance Ndagano said that the agreement will help the career attain their mission of facilitating Rwandans, Africans and beyond having easy movements. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we look at the economy, easing movement will promote tourism and businesses between both countries and Africa in general,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, RwandAir has 25 destinations.
