According to the Rwanda Correctional Services (RCS) spokesperson, CIP Hillary Sengabo, Byumvuhore 22 was recaptured while he was still within court grounds.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was recaptured at the Supreme Court gate while attempting to escape. He was clad in casual ware having discarded prisoners uniform, but he was rearrested,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
He said that investigations have got underway continues to establish the reason behind the attempt to identify the person who brought him clothes. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe suspect his relatives who were present in court brought him the clothes which he put on as he went to the toilets where he entered with fellow inmates and used the opposite door to exit,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
