In the statement released last week by the bank, CBA says that it has received the requisite regulatory approval by National Bank of Rwanda (BNR), Bank of Uganda and Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), effectively concluding the sale and purchase agreement between CBE and dfcu signed in June 2017.<\/p>\n
