{"id":36681,"date":"2018-01-03T16:39:19","date_gmt":"2018-01-03T16:39:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/rights-organisation-file-case-against-genocide\/"},"modified":"2018-01-03T19:55:29","modified_gmt":"2018-01-03T19:55:29","slug":"rights-organisation-file-case-against-genocide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/rights-organisation-file-case-against-genocide\/","title":{"rendered":"Rights organisation file case against genocide suspect in France"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Under the communiqu\u00e9 released by the organisation on Monday, they filed a new complaint against Bakuzakundi who is suspected of having participated in the genocide.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTestimonies by this organization reveal crimes allegedly committed in Kigali City, especially in Remera,\u201d the Communiqu\u00e9 reads in part.<\/p>\n<p>The petition was handed to judges following crimes against humanity in Paris high court for them to conduct more investigations.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cAs we continue to say, it is getting hard to bring to book people suspected of role in the genocide living in France,\u201d reads the communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>It states that nearly 24 years after the genocide, witnesses lack and sometimes prefer not to testify due to mistrust of France justice system.<\/p>\n<p>Bakuzakundi 68 is among fugitives under Interpol search.
