However, Diane Rwigara and their mother Adeline Rwigara were sent on remand for 30 days. <\/p>\n
The trio have been accused of inciting public insurrectios but Adeline Rwigara is separately facing divisionism charges as Diane Rwigara particularly faces forgery offenses. <\/p>\n
Court absolved Anne Rwigara of any offenses saying that there was no clear evidence pinning her on writing a divisive missive to a media house, Jeune Afrique, as the letter allegedly written by her had no signature.<\/p>\n
Court also ruled that her communication to Prime Insurance was not tantamount to inciting insurrections. The said communications were not openly presented to the court. <\/p>\n
The presiding judge however concluded that Adeline Rwigara\u2019s whatsApp audio messages, which were heard by the court in camera, exchanged with her relatives from outside the country, contain inciting and divisive messages. <\/p>\n
For Diane Rwigara, the presiding judge observed that she uttered speeches containing messages that could arouse hatred and incite insurrection and evidence links her to forgery. <\/p>\n
