He was addressing over 2,500 university students during Meet-the-President event held October 19, at Petit Stade in Kigali.<\/p>\n
He added that in order to go forward students must challenge themselves to use what they learn to move the country forward. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe have our own imperfections; we cannot accept imperfections from other people to double our problems\u201d Kagame said <\/p>\n
