{"id":35876,"date":"2017-09-21T06:30:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-21T06:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/suspected-rebels-charged\/"},"modified":"2017-09-21T12:05:34","modified_gmt":"2017-09-21T12:05:34","slug":"suspected-rebels-charged","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/suspected-rebels-charged\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspected rebels charged"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Among suspects are Boniface Twagirimana who says he is the Vice-president of FDU Inkingi, a political party that is not allowed to operate in the country and eight more accomplices. <\/p>\n<p>Other suspects are Boniface Twagirimana, Papias Ndayisenga, Janvier Twagirayezu, Gratine Nsabiyaremye, Evode Mbarushimana, Leonille Gasengayire, Norbert Ufitamahoro, Fabien Twagirayezu and Erneste Nkiko.<\/p>\n<p>All nine suspects were present in the court but four of them had no defense lawyers.<br \/>\nEight of them denied  the accusations, only Papias Ndayishimije pleaded guilty, saying he was apprehended when he was on his way to joining an armed group in the DRC.
