The opening ceremony took place in Nyarushishi camp in Nkungu Sector of Rusizi district on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the event, the Minister for Disaster Management and Refugee Affairs , Jeanne d&#8217;Arc  Debonheur said that beside  environment conservation, the exercise will reduce money spent on buying firewood and invest it in other development activities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was observed that we used to spend much money in buying firewood, affecting other development activities.
