{The National Electoral Commission (NEC) has announced Jean Damascene Murara and Marie P\u00e9lagie Rutijanwa as new deputies replacing Eduard Bamporiki and JMV Gatabazi.

Bamporiki has been appointed by the cabinet as the new chairperson of National Itorero Commission while JMV Gatabazi has been appointed as the Northern Province governor.<\/p>\n
As laws determine, when a member of parliament is appointed on other duties or leaves the parliament for any other reason, they are replaced by canditates next to their numerical strength in their respective parties.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s what NEC considered in approving Murara and Rutijanwa as new deputies, as they appear on ranking 51 and 52 of RPF\u2019s list of prominence.<\/p>\n
