{Over 7,000 Rwandans in Uganda to vote Over 7,000 Rwandans in Uganda are expected to vote during the upcoming elections, according to National Electoral Commission-NEC.}<\/p>\n
In an interview with IGIHE, Rwanda\u2019s High Commissioner to Uganda Maj. Gen Frank Mugambage said that all is set for over 7,000 Rwandese living in Uganda to vote in an election pitting incumbent President, Paul Kagame against two candidates.<\/p>\n
On 3th and 4th August, Rwanda is set to go to the polls to choose a president that will steer it for the next seven years.<\/p>\n
Other candidates in the race include Frank Habineza, of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda and Phillip Mpayimana an independent. Just like it was in 2010, the mission\u2019s premises will provide a polling station.<\/p>\n
