The two were put under police custody after being accused independent presidential candidate Phillippe Mpayimana during his campaign trail in the Sectors of Nyamyumba, Gisenyi, and Kanama, Rubavu district.<\/p>\n
The two were arrested at the same time with the Executive Secretary of Busanza Sector, in Nyaruguru District.<\/p>\n
Sinamenye\u2019s attorney, Straton Nsengiyumva, who released the information said that the prosecution decided to set the mayor free, without hearing his case. <\/p>\n
The President of Rubavu intermediate court, Danny Hategekimana said that he does not know on what grounds they have been released. However, he said that the charges have not been dropped. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
