The former Police FC striker recently joined Singida United after putting pen on paper in a reported $100,000 (about Rwf 83m), which made him the most expensive player in the Tanzania topflight league.<\/p>\n
Usengimana netted two out of the five goals the other three goals were scored by Atupele Green who was also recently signed this season from JKT.<\/p>\n
The 21-year-old who was named the 2016\/2017 Rwandan top scorer he had spent two seasons with Police FC, before joining the newly promoted Tanzanian Singida FC.<\/p>\n
