The Police spokesperson in Kigali City SP Hitayezu Emmanuel has said that they received the news of Nsengiyumva death early in the morning at around 6 o\u2019clock. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe received the news in the morning and rushed to the scene where we found the hanging body which we took to Kacyiru hospital for postmortem.\u201d<\/p>\n
