{"id":34987,"date":"2017-06-05T15:51:59","date_gmt":"2017-06-05T15:51:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/man-s-body-found-in-trench\/"},"modified":"2017-06-05T15:52:14","modified_gmt":"2017-06-05T15:52:14","slug":"man-s-body-found-in-trench","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/man-s-body-found-in-trench\/","title":{"rendered":"Man\u2019s body found in trench"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{The body of a young man identified as Mpozembizi Aphrodis,24, has been found in a water trench separating Gitega and Kimisagara sectors near Cyahafi and ADEPR church in Nyarugenge district.}<\/p>\n<p>It is said that the deceased was a motorcyclist. <\/p>\n<p>Residents at the scene have told IGIHE that Mpozembizi had been detained in Gikondo rehabilitation center for three weeks. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to know the cause of Mpozembizi death because we last saw  him when we visited Kabuga rehabilitation center where he was detained,\u201d said the landlord of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>Police spokesperson in Kigali city,Supt. Hitayezu Emmanuel said investigations are underway to identify the cause of his death.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have got information about his death and taken the body to Kacyiru hospital for postmortem,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>Supt.
