The five-hectare site also offers 219 parking spaces and nice green space that covers 29% of the site.

Registration of buyers gets underway

Remote Estates has opened registration of units’ buyers and a number of clients have already got on the list.

“Many people have turned to us to ask about the requirements to own one among the upcoming houses in Masaka. We are now registering them,” she said.

She said that a client pays an advance of $100 for reservation of a unit of their choice while the unit’s cost will be paid in five installments with the first installment due at the beginning of construction works.

“Considering the quality of our units and the facilitation of paying in installments, the units are undoubtedly affordable.
