It is said one of the two soldiers shot dead the civilian amidst heated arguments. <\/p>\n<p>RDF spokesperson,Lt Col Ren\u00e9 Ngendahimana has told IGIHE that two soldiers suspected of involvement in the civilian\u2019s death have been arrested.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe incident occurred today night at 1:00 hours. It is said that one of our two soldiers on patrol shot a civilian who unfortunately didn\u2019t survive the bullet,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>Lt Col Ngendahimana described it as a saddening act adding that investigations of the two suspected soldiers are underway.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have not yet identified circumstances of the fatal shooting but investigations have started.
