{"id":33222,"date":"2017-03-15T16:11:33","date_gmt":"2017-03-15T16:11:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/governor-munyantwari-urges-rusizi-local-leaders\/"},"modified":"2017-03-17T12:50:52","modified_gmt":"2017-03-17T12:50:52","slug":"governor-munyantwari-urges-rusizi-local-leaders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/governor-munyantwari-urges-rusizi-local-leaders\/","title":{"rendered":"Governor Munyantwari urges Rusizi local leaders on strengthening security"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{The Governor of Western Province, Munyantwari Alphonse has requested leaders from various sectors of Rusizi district close to Burundi border to strengthen cooperation with residents to neutralize forces that are planning to destabilize the country.  } <\/p>\n<p>He made the remarks on Monday in a meeting that followed Sunday morning incident where a 12-year old child and a security guard at Ryankana health center were shot dead by unidentified gunmen. <\/p>\n<p>The security meeting brought together village and cell leaders from sectors bordering with Burundi and their executive secretaries. <\/p>\n<p> Munyantwari reminded leaders to help citizens in maintaining security.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSecurity begins with understanding the value of the nation.
