The commercial building of 3-floors has 26 rooms compelete and 30 extra rooms will be complete in the final construction phase. <\/p>\n
Upon completion, the structure is expected to cost RFrw 500 Million.<\/p>\n
The commissioned complex is valued at Frw220 Million. It comprises of a modern shopping mall.<\/p>\n
Its gates were officially opened by the Archbishop of the Anglican Church of Rwanda, Onesphore Rwaje.<\/p>\n
The Archbishop explained that the plan to construct the building was derived from the desire for the church to establish financial sustainability. <\/p>\n
