{"id":32252,"date":"2017-02-01T06:45:35","date_gmt":"2017-02-01T06:45:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/president-kagame-lays-wreaths-at-heroes-square\/"},"modified":"2017-02-06T01:17:38","modified_gmt":"2017-02-06T01:17:38","slug":"president-kagame-lays-wreaths-at-heroes-square","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/president-kagame-lays-wreaths-at-heroes-square\/","title":{"rendered":"President Kagame lays wreaths at Heroes\u2019 Square"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{President Paul Kagame has joined Rwandans in the celebration of Heroes Day by paying tribute to Rwanda\u2019s heroes laying wreaths at Heroes Square in Remera of Kigali city. }<\/p>\n<p>The National Heroes Day is celebrated every 1st February where government officials lay wreaths at Heroes Square in Remera in honor of those who sacrificed their lives for the nation.  <\/p>\n<p>The celebrated heroes are classified into three categories including Imanzi comprised of unknown soldier and Major General Fred GisaRwigema; Imena including King Mutara III Rudahigwa, Rwagasana Michel, AgatheUwiringiyimana, Niyitegeka F\u00e9licit\u00e9and  Nyange students.
