{{Genocide Suspects hiding in the Britain will soon be brought to Rwanda for trial, The National prosecution has announced saying the previous impediments have been removed.}}<\/p>\n
Martin Ngoga the Prosecutor General has said that a British court has provided reasons why Britain had previously not cooperated in the arrest and deportation to Rwanda of suspects of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.<\/p>\n
Ngoga says, Rwanda finds reasons listed by the British Court as nolonger existing in the Rwandan Judicial system. <\/p>\n
“We are talking to the British Judiciary to revise the reasons on their list and consider having perpetrators tried or deported to rwanda.”<\/p>\n
The 1994 genocide against Ethnic Tutsi\u2019s claimed about a Million lives. Most of the perpetrators are scattered allover the world. <\/p>\n
Most countries had argued that they didn\u2019t believe in Rwanda\u2019s Judicial system which they said wasn\u2019t competent enough lacked. <\/p>\n
However, a few years ago, several suspects have been transferred from International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) in Arusha,Tanzania to be tried in Rwanda where they committed such heinous crimes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
