{{Piotor Sevinski the head of Auschwitz Birkenau state Museum in Poland has visited Rwanda where he has been taken around the Murambi genocide memorial site.}}<\/p>\n
Sevinski who says that although he head a state museum on genocide in Poland, he was shocked by the Rwandan genocide against the Tutsi in 1994.<\/p>\n
He said he had been hearing about the Rwandan genocide from media but it was shocking to see for himself the plight of Rwandans then in 1994. <\/p>\n
Over a million Lives were lost in Rwanda during the 1994 genocide against ethnic Tutsi.<\/p>\n
At the museum he saw weapons, tools and other weaponry used during the genocide. He also saw cloths and victims skulls and other preserved bodies of victims at the memorial site.<\/p>\n
Sevinski said he couldn\u2019t find words to describe what he saw at the Murambi genocide memorial site.<\/p>\n
He said there should be modern ways of preserving the items and bodies at the memorial site so that future generations can find them in better condition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
