{"id":31913,"date":"2017-01-18T07:07:47","date_gmt":"2017-01-18T07:07:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/follow-the-law-in-executing-court-orders-bailiffs\/"},"modified":"2017-01-20T06:50:27","modified_gmt":"2017-01-20T06:50:27","slug":"follow-the-law-in-executing-court-orders-bailiffs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/follow-the-law-in-executing-court-orders-bailiffs\/","title":{"rendered":"Follow the law in executing court orders\u2014bailiffs told"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{The Minister of Justice, Johnston Busingye has requested professional and non-professional court bailiffs and notaries to execute court decisions and judgments basing on provisions of the law other than emotions. } <\/p>\n<p>The Minister has made the call today as he administered oaths to 68 professional and non-professional court bailiffs and notaries from across the country. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome individuals decline to concede and respect court decisions and complain through the media that unfair judgments were and court bailiffs cited in mishandling some issues\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>The minister advised the bailiffs to keep all records and contracts and present them whenever asked to present them. <\/p>\n<p>Statistics indicate that there are about 400 professional bailiffs including those sworn in today.
