{The president of Vietnam, Tr\u1ea7n \u0110\u1ea1i Quang has received the credentials of Rwanda’s ambassador Lt Gen Charles Kayonga in a ceremony held yesterday, where president Quang commended the existing relations between Vietnam and Rwanda. } <\/p>\n
He requested the new ambassador to identify basic areas to be given much attention for bilateral cooperation. <\/p>\n
Lt Gen Charles Kayonga has been representing Rwanda in Orient countries including China, Cambodia, Laos, South Korea and Vietnam. <\/p>\n
According to Vietnam News , Congratulating Rwanda Ambassador Charles Kayonga on his new position, Quang affirmed that Vi\u1ec7t Nam values traditional friendship with African friends, including Rwanda, especially in health care, education and agriculture. <\/p>\n
