{A man identified as Ngoga Bandora Alexandre, 45, has been found dead in a room of Umucyo Lodge and Bar where he has been accommodated for over a year. The lodge is located in Gihundwe cell, Kamembe sector of Rusizi district. }<\/p>\n
Some workers at Umucyo lodge said that Ngoga returned from his work as usual on 4th January 2017, went to sleep but as the workers went to mope around 4:00am, they heard something falling down with a thud which prompted them to check with his room where they found him dead. <\/p>\n
Ngoga from Kigali, has been living in Rusizi where he worked with Swiss-sponsored project of distributing water. <\/p>\n
The police spokesperson in Western Province, CIP Th\u00e9obald Kanamugire has said that the body has been taken to Gihundwe hospital for postmortem. <\/p>\n
