{"id":31468,"date":"2016-12-30T00:18:53","date_gmt":"2016-12-30T00:18:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/libyan-diplomats-given-three-months-to-sort-out\/"},"modified":"2016-12-30T00:18:37","modified_gmt":"2016-12-30T00:18:37","slug":"libyan-diplomats-given-three-months-to-sort-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/libyan-diplomats-given-three-months-to-sort-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Libyan diplomats given three months to sort out National ID Number discrepancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{Libyan diplomats abroad have been given three months\u2019 grace by the Government of National Accord\u2019s (GNA Ministry of Finance in order to solve any discrepancies in their National ID numbers.}<\/p>\n<p>The compromise was reached in Tripoli today during a meeting between GNA\u2019s Finance Minister-elect Osama Hamad and GNA Foreign Minister-elect Mohamed Siala during which the issue of the salaries of Libyan diplomats abroad was discussed.<\/p>\n<p>Siala had brought up the issue of the payment of the salaries of diplomats who had discrepancies in their National ID Numbers. Libyan law prescribes that state-sector salaries can only be issued based upon a valid National ID Number.
