Some of the victims  received basic materials from the Ministry of Disaster and Refugees affairs yesterday. }<\/p>\n<p>Some inmates have expressed explicit fear as some of their court case files were among the destroyed documents. <\/p>\n<p>The management of Rwanda Correctional Service assured them that their files can be obtained once they are needed. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no problem regarding files since we kept them on computers in folders shared with courts. Whoever needs a document can receive it and we do make a copy for an inmate requesting it,\u201d said the Commissioner General of Rwanda Correctional Service , CGP George Rwigamba. <\/p>\n<p>He explained that an inmate in need of documents will inform the prison management for retrieving.  <\/p>\n<p>Nyarugenge prison accommodates over 3000 inmates.
