The statement issued by the German embassy in Rwanda indicates that the ambassador of Germany to Rwanda, Dr Peter Woeste and the executive secretary of CEPGL , Herman Tuyaga signed agreements. <\/p>\n
The upgrading is expected to solve the problem of intermittent regional power supplies caused by power failure due to antiquated materials of the system. <\/p>\n
Rusizi II electricity generation capacity has recently reduced from 43.6 Megawatts to 36 Megawatts due to a dilapidated system. <\/p>\n
