{"id":31073,"date":"2016-12-14T03:27:06","date_gmt":"2016-12-14T03:27:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/four-2015-national-dialogue-resolutions-not-well\/"},"modified":"2016-12-15T07:56:26","modified_gmt":"2016-12-15T07:56:26","slug":"four-2015-national-dialogue-resolutions-not-well","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/four-2015-national-dialogue-resolutions-not-well\/","title":{"rendered":"Four 2015 National Dialogue resolutions not well executed &#8212; Tugireyezu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{The Minister in the Office of the Presidency, Venantia Tugireyezu has said that the resolutions of 2015 national dialogue were executed over to over 70% though four resolutions were not fully implemented to desired extents. }<\/p>\n<p>The previous 13th National Dialogue was held from 21st to 22nd December 2015 in Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village, Camp Kigali. It was concluded with 13 resolutions.<\/p>\n<p>During a talk-show at RBA, Minister Tugireyezu said that the incomplete  resolutions include; combating Malaria, maintaining achievements of Gacaca courts and strengthening preservation of  evidence of the 1994 genocide against Tutsi, following up programs meant for citizens\u2019 development and reconstruction of some roads. <\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the resolution of Gacaca courts she said; \u201cAll files of Gacaca were collected and archived which is good. As a country, we want  to embrace rapid use of technology. It was decided that Gacaca  files would be digitized.  There is a step made but a lot remains to be done. That is why if we say that only 37% were kept electronically, it is understandable that the journey is still long. \u201d <\/p>\n<p>The other resolution was about strengthening follow up and improving government\u2019s programs of self reliance like Girinka Munyarwanda, community work among others enhancing the development of citizens. Commenting on them Tugireyezu said Girinka program was  executed below 70% and that  no resolution was executed below 50%.  <\/p>\n<p>Despite the distribution of mosquito nets and insecticides malaria prevalence was reported to have increased.<\/p>\n<p>over the past five years with patients numbers rising close to 2 million in 2015.<br \/>\nThe Ministry of Health recently reported the increase of malaria cases 3,900,000 at the end of the year 2015\/2016. <\/p>\n<p> These roads projects were not executed at a good extent, \u201csaid the Minister. <\/p>\n<p>The next National Dialogue will open tomorrow 15th to 16th December 2016 at Kigali Convention Center under the theme \u2018Let\u2019s work together, build Rwanda we want\u2019. <\/p>\n<p>The National Dialogue was established under the 2003 constitution and brings together the President of the Republic with citizens\u2019 representatives.
