{Benin First Lady, Claudine Talon who is in Rwanda for a four-day visit has visited Kigali Genocide Memorial Center in Gisozi where she paid tribute to victims of 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. }<\/p>\n
Madam Claudine Talon has laid wreaths to graves and was taken through the tragic history that led to the execution of innocent Tutsi during the 1994 genocide.<\/p>\n
She was accompanied by the Minister of Sports and Culture, Uwacu Julienne.<\/p>\n
Madam Claudine Talon arrived in Rwanda on 7th November 2016. <\/p>\n
