{President Paul Kagame has today received the Deputy Secretary-General of the\u00a0United Nations, Jan Eliasson at Village Urugwiro.}<\/p>\n
Jan Eliasson arrived in Rwanda for a two-day visit yesterday to hold talks with various
\ngovernment officials.<\/p>\n
Before, Eliasson met President Kagame, he held talks with Rwanda\u2019s minister of foreign affairs, Louise Mushikiwabo, the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning,
\nAmb. Claver Gatete; the Minister of Disaster and Refugee Management, Seraphine
\nMukantabana and the speaker of parliamentary chamber of deputies, Donatille Mukabalisa among others.<\/p>\n
Talks between President Kagame and Jan Eliasson have been attended by Lamin Manneh, the coordinator of One UN to Rwanda along with Amb. Rugwabiza Valentine representing Rwanda to UN.<\/p>\n
