Local leaders have not yet established the value of damaged property. } <\/p>\n<p>Residents scampered as they fled their homes to avoid being victims of the earthquake. A one Kubwimana says; \u201cIt was a heavy earthquake that I, my wife and children run out of the house.  We got back inside the house after five minutes,\u201d he has told IGIHE. <\/p>\n<p>The executive secretary of Kamembe sector, Ntivuguruzwa Gervais has said that they have not yet established the value of properties damaged by the earthquake but three buildings have been confirmed ravaged. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are to inspect properties ravaged by the earthquake.
