{"id":29629,"date":"2016-10-22T04:47:27","date_gmt":"2016-10-22T04:47:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/two-kicukiro-sector-executive-secretaries-resign\/"},"modified":"2017-02-28T18:44:58","modified_gmt":"2017-02-28T18:44:58","slug":"two-kicukiro-sector-executive-secretaries-resign","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/two-kicukiro-sector-executive-secretaries-resign\/","title":{"rendered":"Two Kicukiro sector executive secretaries resign"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{The executive secretary of Gahanga sector, Kaboyi Jean Bosco and the one of Niboye sector, Mukiza Alfred from Kicukiro district of Kigali city have resigned. }<\/p>\n<p>Kaboyi  resigned his Gahanga post on Tuesday after being accused of misappropriating  goats that had been donated tothe  historically marginalized residents.  <\/p>\n<p>His resignation followed the one of Mukiza Alfred, the executive secretary of Niboye sector. <\/p>\n<p>The mayor of Kicukiro district, Dr Nyirahabimana Jeanne has confirmed to IGIHE that both executive secretaries tendered in their resignation letters out of their own volition.<br \/>\n\u201cIt is true that the two executive secretaries have resigned. May be they have reasons prompting their resignation to do other things,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n<p>When asked whether the resignations are not related to misconduct, Mayor Dr Nyirahabimana said; \u201cPeople always try to guess probable causes of problems when a person resigns. To make it clear, the resignation falls under such cases. What I respect is that the two resigned over personal causes. Other comments from me would be disrespectful of their decision.
