Alcohol consumption<\/p>\n<p>2. Poor diet<\/p>\n<p>3. Inactivity<\/p>\n<p>4. Smoking<\/p>\n<p>5. Spending more than seven hours a day sitting down<\/p>\n<p>6. Sleeping for more than nine hours<\/p>\n<p>The researchers also found these two habit-combinations were the most likely to send you to an early grave<\/p>\n<p>1. Prolonged sitting and long sleep duration<\/p>\n<p>2.
