{"id":29560,"date":"2016-10-19T06:23:34","date_gmt":"2016-10-19T06:23:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/community-mediators-to-receive-bicycles\/"},"modified":"2016-10-19T06:22:37","modified_gmt":"2016-10-19T06:22:37","slug":"community-mediators-to-receive-bicycles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/community-mediators-to-receive-bicycles\/","title":{"rendered":"Community mediators to receive bicycles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{The Minister of Justice, Johnston Busingye has assured  community mediators in Musanze district that they will soon receive bicycles promised by President Paul Kagame to ease their work. }<\/p>\n<p>He made the assurance  yesterday as he launched a two-day training of community mediators at national level in a ceremony held in Cyuve sector of Musanze district, Northern Province.  <\/p>\n<p>Minister Busingye asked community mediators to uphold integrity and commitment in delivering services.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou must keep away from negative vices leading to any form of bribery including what is called \u2018 transport facilitation\u2019  and \u2018pen\u2019s ink\u2019 as they are outright corruption cases.  You must build credibility and properly execute duties,\u201d he said.    <\/p>\n<p>Busingye told them that they will receive bicycles to facilitate their work within  this week. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe nation recognizes your work. You have received phones, Mutuelle de sant\u00e9 and you will start receiving bicycles this week,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>Habimana Erneste, one of community mediators commended the efforts by the government, of providing them with bicycles  to  facilitate their movement to areas of mediation and ease the way of gathering evidence.  <\/p>\n<p>Nyirahabineza Immacul\u00e9e, another community mediator said the bicycles provided by president Kagame will enhance performance.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a great support.
