No person becomes rich without working for it. People should work hard other than involving in malpractices,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs usual some crimes considered to be minor are given light punishments. People  who commit theft are given light sentences, jailed for three months, released and recommit similar crimes.
