{A man identified as Twagirayezu Emmanuel in Masaka sector of Kicukiro district has been arrested by police over to death a one Twizeyimana. The deceased was stabbed in the neck. }<\/p>\n
It is said that the incident took place yesterday evening when Twagirayezu met the deceased at bicycle workshop and stabbed him with a knife. <\/p>\n
The police spokesperson in Kigali, Sp. Hitayezu Emmanuel has told IGIHE that by the time Twagirayezu committed the crime he was drunk. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe have learnt from residents that Twagirayezu was drunk when he met Twizeyimana and stabbed him,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
The body of the deceased was taken to Kacyiru hospital for postmortem while Twagirayezu is detained at Masaka police station as investigations get underway. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
