{Kigali,3rd October, 2016:UAP Rwanda joined the rest of the world to celebrate
\nThe International Customer Service Week in Kigali and upcountry.}<\/p>\n

With the rest of the large Group UAP Rwanda will celebrate this year from 3rd to 7th October aiming at being a customer Centric Organization. The week in Kigali and upcountry will be celebrated under the theme of \u201cEnabling Dreams\u201d.<\/p>\n

This week comes to complete a number of internal engagements around the company\u2019s culture being adjusted to focus on customers\u2019 dreams that the company is committed to enable. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe have gone through a lot of company changes around the brand and the culture. Our Africa Brand is guided by the aim of being the Company most certain to deliver on its promises, based on real customer\u2019s need\u201d said Madam Annie Nibishaka, the Head of Marketing & Distribution at UAP Rwanda.<\/p>\n

The celebrations and engagements during the week is coming as a culture change brainstorming exercise. <\/p>\n

\u201cWith our experience in the Rwandan Market since we started operating, we understood the need of contributing to our customer\u2019s success through our products and services.\u201d Added Madam Claudine Mukakibibi, the Customer Service Manager at UAP. <\/p>\n

“Our purpose is to help our customers to thrive, through enabling them to achieve their lifetime financial goals, whilst investing their funds in ways that will help secure a positive future for them, their families, their communities and the world at
\nlarge.”<\/p>\n

During the week, the Customer Service Team has organized for two days allocated to internal customers\u2019 engagements, the staff. The engagements will enable the team to collect their dreams and ideas on how to improve customer centricity within the Company.<\/p>\n

“We believed that a well prepared staff team will drive the company\u2019s dream to enable positive futures for our external customers,”said Mukakibibi.<\/p>\n

The team has organised for special engagement with the external customer\u2019s as well before closing with a celebration at the office on the 7th October 2016.<\/p>\n

On the closing date, the team will recognise and celebrate the best customer service staff to encourage customer centricity culture.<\/p>\n
