{"id":29203,"date":"2016-10-06T04:54:47","date_gmt":"2016-10-06T04:54:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/rcs-officers-perish-in-night-accident\/"},"modified":"2017-02-28T18:28:30","modified_gmt":"2017-02-28T18:28:30","slug":"rcs-officers-perish-in-night-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/rcs-officers-perish-in-night-accident\/","title":{"rendered":"RCS officers perish in night accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{An accident that happened last night has claimed lives of the second in charge of Rubavu prison, Hakizimana Del Pierro, a prison warder and a driver.}<\/p>\n<p>The accident took place on a road between Nyakiriba and Kanama sectors, near Mahoko in Rubavu district, Western Province.  <\/p>\n<p>The spokesperson of Rwanda Correction Service (RCS), CIP Sengabo Hillary has told IGIHE that the accident happened around 23:00 hours.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey were driving from Rubavu town heading to Rubavu prison along which were by a truck that belongs to Bralirwa as it swerved off the road,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>Sengabo explained that two victims of the accident died on the spot and one died at the hospital.
