{An old man, Bashimande from Mpinga cell of Gikundamvura sector in Rusizi district yesterday hung himself at Gikundamvura health center where he had accompanied his mentally ill child, Sibomana Jean de Dieu.}<\/p>\n
According to the management of Gikundamvura health center, the man\u2019s death was known around 6:00 am yesterday where they found him hung in a tree with a rope. <\/p>\n
The director of Gikundamvura health center,Eugene Mbanda, has explained that Bashimande unfastened a rope from his child, Sibomana Jean de Dieu which he used to hang himself.<\/p>\n
\u201c Bashimande was taking care of his child at our health center. Later, the child was accorded a transfer to Mibirizi Hospital and as he fell asleep, Bashimande loosened the cords fastening the child and left to an unknown place,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cA resident saw Bashimande hung in a tree in the morning and informed us. We informed police and sector officials who came and took the body for autopsy at Mibirizi Hospital,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
