{The executive secretary of Nyarugenge district in Kigali city, Kahiga Mutwara Ezra has resigned, citing for personal reasons.}<\/p>\n

Kahiga sent a resignation letter to Nyarugenge district yesterday.<\/p>\n

Talking on the abdication Kahiga said; \u201cI have sent the resignation letter and I have resigned for personal reasons. I neither have problems with officials nor with any person. <\/p>\n

I have been serving in the position for two years. It was my time to leave and run other businesses,\u201d he stated. \u201cI am not sick and I have no any patient. I can\u2019t attribute my departure to a lot of work since I had other people to help me,\u201d he added. <\/p>\n

Mutwara has been the executive secretary of Nyarugenge district since 1st July 2014.<\/p>\n

The mayor of Nyarugenge district has sent a short message to IGIHE indicating that Mutwara resigned for private reasons.<\/p>\n
