She was  in England hospital where she was getting medical attention.   }<\/p>\n<p>IGIHE has learnt Christine who was suffering from cancer has been getting medical assistance for long in England where she has died today. <\/p>\n<p>Christine was the mother of five children including three boys and two girls.<\/p>\n<p>Her husband , Rtd Brig Gen Frank Rusagara was a senior officer in Rwanda Defense Forces before retirement.
