We have responsibilities of following up government\u2019s programs and request stakeholders to improve performance in case it is dragging or goes wrong,\u201d said Gakuba Jeanne d\u2019Arc. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs an association, you have responsibilities of inviting leaders to explain about implementation of government programs related to education, security, health among others and identify gaps to be tackled. How come only 60% subscribe for Mituelle de sant\u00e9 while 40% is left out?. This means we are not at the same speed. You have to know that women are the eye of the nation,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-14252 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/meya_wa_nyarugenge_kayisime_nzaramba_wambaye_umupira_utukura_ni_umwe_mu_bitabiriye_inteko_rusange.jpg\" alt=\"The mayor of Nyarugenge district, Kayisime Nzaramba (second from right) was among attendants of the meeting \" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Murekeyisoni Gloriose, the president RPF Female Association in Nyarugenge unveiled willingness to boost efforts in following up development activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe pledge to eradicate the culture of forgery. We want to reveal the truth even though it hurts.
